i listened the the full album at 12 am in the dark because i could and heres my first reaction.

Looking Out For #1: its different... i need to listen to it some more to figure out if i like it or not

Light It Up: honestly love this song. the kick-ass riff sounds straight outta Smash and it gets stuck in my head all the time

Fall Guy: i quite like this one. it reminds me of that meme comparing dexter to that dude from the fall guy video game

Make It All Right: love this song and idc that it has more pop-elements than their usual style

Ok, But This Is The Last Time: waayy more poppy than i thought it would be based on the preview on youtube. im lukewarm about it rn but i have a feeling it will grow on me like Make It All Right did (*spoiler alert it has*)

Truth In Fiction: 10/10. no notes

Come To Brazil: song is great and i love how theyre paying tribute to their brazilian fans

Get Some: solid song. i need to listen to it again in order to tell what the hell dexter is singing, but i love the guitar

Hanging By A Thread: pov ur me just trying to get through the week lol. really like it though

You Can't Get There From Here: wow. great closing track. it kinda has similar vibes to the Let The Bad Times Roll and Days Go By albums

overall its a pretty good album (wouldn't expect less its the goddam offspring lol). probably won't end up as a favorite of mine to listen from to back but some of the songs will definitely make it into my regular rotation
